Even though I wrote a post bashing Dunkin Donuts for not putting customer service as a priority (http://bit.ly/GXL3K), I agree with you here! I hope both companies learn a lesson about how a small customer interaction can be very damaging. (I know DD learned this lesson due to the followup I received on my post).

I know what you mean, I can never get a regular Starbucks drip coffee, well to be honest I haven’t drank Starbucks drip coffee for a long time. Now I generally get an Americano at 130 (warmer temp) and when my co workers or friends who enjoy hotter coffee prefer to get coffee they would get it extra hot (230 degrees)

But being honest, I cannot drink dunkin donuts coffee, I hate the taste and most coffee in dunkin donuts have a sourish taste to it. Give it a shot, Americano’s or just ask for specialty coffee at extra hot. You can even tell the barista that the coffee is not hot enough and they usually make you a fresh brew.

Current favorite drink: Grande, upside down, soy, w/ 3 extra shot, Caramel Macchiato at 130 with whip. (totals 5 shots)
